I just purchased Adobe Acrobat DC but so serial number

I just purchased Adobe Acrobat DC through On The Hub (as instructed by my university). However after downloading the program and launching it I was asked for a serial number. I have a receipt for the purchase and an Order number but no serial number. The only other option I have is to use it on trial for 30 days. I had purchased an annual subscription so this seems a bit bizarre. I called a number I received from On the Hub but the Adobe offices are closed today!@!! Any suggestions??

Install it as a trial version and then log in to your account on Adobe. It should identify your subscription license and switch to the Continuous model. If it doesn't you'll need to contact Adobe and find out what's the status of your order. Either way, you'll be able to use the trial version for 30 days before that.

I think we need to look closely at what you downloaded. There are multiple different downloads of Acrobat. Where exactly did you download from (web page)?
