I just want to SEE the JavaScript in a PDF.

I received a PDF via email, and I have reason to believe there is embedded JavaScript.  I just want to look at the code.  I don't need to edit, I just want to see it.  But I haven't been able to locate a way to look that doesn't require a subscription or a 3rd party application.  Am I missing something simple?  Thanks in advance!

If the file that was sent to you via email is secured or restricts editing in any way, you won't be able to see the code.

And if you don't have a PDF editor, a free PDF viewer may not be able to display embedded code with a similar feature like the one posted by @JR Boulay

In which case, you may need to contact the PDF producer to release that code to you.
