I keep trying to create a PDF from Word and I keep getting a "Runtime Error 5" message in Word (from the Acrobat tab). Please help.

I keep trying to create a PDF from Word (from the Acrobat tab) and I keep getting a "Runtime Error 5 Invalid Procedure call or argument" message in Word. Please help.
