I lost my photos

I have a old windows xp pc and when I conn to the Internet to log in it fails to connect to the internet and all my photos of my kids are on there and when I go to the abobe file they don't show up but when I open the software up see some of them but it won't let me do anything until I log in

What happens when you try to login to the Acrobat application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Windows XP is an old and EOL OS and it doesn't support the latest version of Acrobat pro, please try to update the OS of the computer and see if that helps.
