I’m getting a system error in Adobe Sign saying, “The agreement has been cancelled due to problems with document processing.” I’m not sure what caused it, and I need help understanding why the agreement was cancelled and how to fix the issue.
I’m running into an issue since last week with Adobe Sign and could use some help. When trying to send a document for signature, I receive the following system error:
“The agreement has been cancelled due to problems with document processing.”
I’m not sure what specifically is causing this. The file appears to be formatted correctly, and I’ve tried re-uploading it, renaming it, and even creating a new agreement, but the error persists.
Has anyone experienced this before?
What steps can I take to troubleshoot or prevent this error?
