I 'm om my phone holding for over 1 hour for tech suport and still not able to speak with tech
I 'm om my phone holding for over 56 minutes for tech suport and still not able to speak with tech support. The reason for my call is that it appears that after a recent remote session that I understood was "closed" by tech, at which I shut off my computer saying goodbye to tech support. Several hours later, I turn on my computer to discover my screen is "black," which is what appears then the remote session is "in progress." Now I call into Adobe, and listening to music & recording saying "all of our agents are busy, please hold.... " Otherwise, during the preceding days when being connected to a tech, it took no longer than 30 seconds to speak live on the phone with tech for a remote session. Again, I'm still holding now over 56 minutes!!!!
