Question

I'm trying to use the prepare a form function to send a form to multiple recipients. Where the website says the "Send" button should be is only "Request Signatures". How can I access the ability to send pre-prepared form?

I'm trying to use the prepare a form function to send a form to multiple recipients. I created the form on Adobe using the prepare a form function. Now, when trying to send it for responses, I only see the Request signatures button. Where the website says the "Send" button should be (bottom left next to Preview) is only "Request Signatures". How can I access the ability to send pre-prepared form? I have acrobat pro on the Team tier.

     Hi precise_moments3c36,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It seems you selected the option "The document requires signatures," which converted it into an Acrobat Sign form.

In the case of an Acrobat Sign form, the option "Request Signatures" will be available. If you intend to send the document via email, please follow these steps:

    • In the tool pane on the left, click the 3 dots next to Prepare a form.

    • Select "Remove e-signing options".

    • Now add the form fields and check if you get the Send option.

Since you are sending the same document to multiple recipients, you can use the Acrobat Sign feature to send the document in bulk: Request e-signatures in bulk.

Let us know if you have questions or need help.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi

    Hi @precise_moments3c36 ,

Sounds like you are mixing Adobe Sign workflow with Adobe Acrobat built in features.  Could you please describe in a little more detail what steps are you following exactly?

    A screenshot would be helpful.

Was the form created on the desktop? You can do it from Acrobat Standard or Pro.
