I'm unable to OCR this simple newspaper clipping in PRO. What am I doing wrong?

I can OCR all kinds of images, but this clipping just keeps turning up a big zero.  It is plainly legible.  What am I doing wrong?  I simply "Recognize in this file"  "ENglish (US)"

I get nothing.
