I'm unable to search pdfs on Adobe Acrobat v2023.001.20177.

Question

I'm on a MacBook Pro, and haven't had any problem whatsoever in the past. I've tried the Preferences-Search-Purge Cache Contents suggestion but it doesn't help. I've also unchecked Enable Fast Find; I've refreshed and closed/reopened the file. Nothing works! Help!

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Have you been unable to search within the PDF files or search for the PDF file?

Would you mind elaborating a bit more on what exactly causing trouble when you run the search?

1- Have you started experiencing this problem after installing the latest patch?

2- Check with a different file, as it could be file specific issue.

3- Double check if you have performed the exact same steps as explained here or not https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/how-to/how-to-search-pdf-on-mac.html
