I'm unable to send a pdf for e-signing. whenever i select "fill & sign" i only have the option to sign myself, the option to send for e-signing has dropped off. i've updated and repaired the app, and restarted my device.

    ​@fierce_inventor91b5 sorry to hear Acrobat’s eSign isn’t working for you. Has your subscription changed recently? From what I remember, Fill & Sign is for signing your own documents, while Request E-Signatures is tied to Adobe's e-sign service. If that feature has disappeared, it may be related to your plan, account status, or sign-in rather than the Acrobat installation itself. Have you used the e-sign feature before with this same Adobe account? If you're unable to access the Request e-signatures feature, it is likely because your administrator has disabled it.     We have verified your account using the email address associated with your community profile, and it appears that your Acrobat Sign account is active. If you are using a different email address for your account, please send it to us via private message.

    Could you please check if the option is missing for any document you open in Acrobat? Additionally, please look at the E-Sign tab in the Acrobat window. We would appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of the options you see under the Fill & Sign tool as well as the E-Sign tab.

    I no longer have the option for e-signing at all. And yes I've tried with several pdfs.
