I made a form fillable and I do not want the other party to be able to change the form

I am a real estate agent and have lots of forms that I need to send to different people during a transaction.   I have taken these forms and made them so I can fill them out on line then send them off.    When the person on the other gets it, the fields are still active and they could change them if they wanted to.  

I had an older version I use to use of adobe pdf creator.   I could make a fillable form in that one, save it so the fields could not be changed and then email it to the other person.  

How can I do this with DC?
