Is there someone out there that can send me easy instructions how to seperate one page from a multi-page document and save the one page?

Assuming you're working with the new UI and that the document you're working with is not locked/protected, select Pages (on the right side). Then select the pages you want to extract and right-click on them like this:

After you select that, the Extract Options box will appear

The two options are pretty self-explanatory. After clicking OK, the new extracted pages will appear as a new tab in Acrobat. You can then save them wherever you want/need.
