I am a seniorAnd I have so many questions I'm not even sure if I have an Adobe account now and I need to know what kind of account it is. Can someone please call me

Word of advice: Do not post your contact details to a public forum. You're more likely to get contacted by scammers than by the real support of Adobe (or any other large company). They simply don't do that.

    @jae_3210 first of all, you can go to adobe.com, and log in.


    At the bottom, click on 'Get help signing in' and another window will open,


    Pick the 'Find your Account' and hopefully, you can remember that account. Or you can reset your password.
