I need help with a calculating doc you with java script

Some of the calculations seem to be working. But a few aren't. I'm new to this I'll do my best to explain. I've attached the document. But also breaking down and try to explain whats suppose to happen vs whats happening.

 

The top number "National Everyday" dictates all the other numbers and calculations. 

When I enter a number you can see below the calculations don't calculate on the right under the 40% and 15%

 

When I delete the top number "National Everyday" the calculations on the right appear

Sounds like at least part of the issue is calculation order.   Check this first. 

It's on the "More..." menu in the "Prepare Form" tools.
