I need help with links working in Acrobat Pro DC file I created

Hi! I need help with the links I created within a PDF file. They work most of the time for me, but when I send the file out my co-workers  via outlook they can't open the links. Also when I try to open the links  I get this message: The file and its viewer application are set to be launched by this PDF file. The file may contain programs, macros, or viruses that could potentially harm your computer. Only open the file if you are sure it is safe.... Why does it work for me but no one else? I need the links to work for everyone.

Please help...

Thank you!

Because other people don't have the same files as you have on your computer... How can it work for them?

You need to either send them those files as well, and make sure they are located in the same relative location to the PDF as when you created the links, or embed them into the PDF file itself as attachments.

I've moved this from the poorly named Community Help forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat forum so that proper help can be offered.
