I need some assistance/guidance using Adobe DC for Access...

I need some assistance/guidance using Adobe DC for Accessiblity ADA compliance on pdf documents on our school district website.  I have some errors that are more complicated than others, and don't know how to correct them, ie. ( Headers/ some tags )or if I am getting a false positive.  Either way I need clarity on these issues.  Please advise me or direct me to a resource .. the Adobe help that is coming up with the error is not working to clear the errors in some cases.
