I need to download signature certification document in pdf format

One site requested additional verification of my signature on a document. I found it possible to save the signature certification document in adobe acrobat only in .fdf, .cer and .p7c format. But the site asked me to upload the file in pdf format only. I could not find any converter to convert these files to pdf, just like I could not find any option to save this document in pdf. Could you please advise me how I could do this?

PDF files can't be used to validate a signature. They can be signed using one, but the validation needs to occur with a public key file, like the ones you mentioned. So ask them for clarifications, or at least for detailed instructions on how to produce such a file.
