I need to Duplicate Multiple Book Pages

I need to duplicate 153 pages in a book. So it wold end up being page 1 then page 1 etc. Is there an accurate and simple way to do this?

Tools> Organize Pages> (select all pages)> extract to single pages.

Duplicate all pages. File> Create> Combine. When the pages are duplicated and selected, they should stay in alphabetical order. (page1 copy, page1, page2 copy, page2, etc.)
