I need to have access to my account

When I try to access my account, the page neve opens and seems to do a permanent looping.

How do I enter my account?

    Are you trying to log in through the Creative Cloud app, direct with Acrobat, or a browser?

    If the Creative Cloud app, try uninstalling it and downloading a new version. 

    If that doesn’t work try the Adobe CC Cleaner or for only Acrobat, the Adobe AcroCleaner.

    If a browser, try a different browser and/or clear all your cache and cookies.

    Have you tried signing into creative.adobe.com

     

    Sometimes, you can get to your account easier by using your web browser than it is to sign in from your Adobe application. It’s worth a shot …
