I need to multiply the sum total of two fields by a variable multiplier from one of 5 fields. Help

I have put together a check box form that adds up all the positive checks and auto enters into a field.  Thats the easy bit.  The total amount appears in the correct field.  Con somebody help me with how to multiply the initial amount by a multiplier
