we purchased adobe acrobat X CD's with serial keys and installed on computers , but suddenly due to virus attach we could not able to uninstall / deacticated adobe from computers and we formatted, now after formatting these serial keys of adobe acrobat X not woking " says keys already used " , pls guide is there anyway to reset these keys to work again , Appreciate your support
@syed_24434 Because the software is so old (Acrobat X is from 2010), Adobe has deactivated many of the original activation servers. Even if you have a valid serial number, you may find it impossible to "log in" or activate the software on a new computer.
Because the software is so dated, you are already at security vulnerabilities, I would strongly suggest at this time, especially for Windows 11, either you go through the subscription route or you could buy a 3-year license version of Acrobat. It's available as a 3-year term license, non-renewing, and paid upfront. Once activated, you can use it offline for the entire term. When that expires, you can get another 3-year term license?!
