I purchase Adobe scan with Acrobat and I was practicing signing documents I stopped for a while and

I guess I might has well forget about getting a answer to my question. A lot of good it is to have a support team if you can't even get a simple question answered. I might has well give back the app's if I can't get help to use them.

I'm not getting any error I just can't get back to where I was practicing signing documents.

I know I don't know much about computers.But it really is irritating when I try to get help for what seems to be a simple question to me and I can't get an answer from anyone. What's the Sence I have a support team if they won't help.
