Sorry for the confusion.

 

As per your description, you have Acrobat Classic 2017 and using the Mac OS. Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Are you not able to sign-in after activating the Acrobat 2017? A screenshot would be very helpful to isolate the issue. 

 

Also, if you have purchased the license from Adobe and have registered it on Adobe.com, then please check it on your Adobe account and confirm the same. Open this link https://account.adobe.com/ and sign-in using the Adobe ID (email address) that you have used to purchase the service. Then go to Plans.

 

If you have purchased it from an authorized reseller of Adobe and you have received a serial number/product key (24 digits), then register it under your Adobe account. These help article will help you in finding and registering your serial number:

Hi there,

 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to sign into Acrobat classic 2017 on Mac

 

Do you get any error message while trying to sign in? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding so we can look into it and assist you better.

 

Please try to reboot the computer once and try again to sign in and check if that helps.
