i purchased adobe pdf pack and i don't know what to do i do not see what to download

i am 74 years old and i am ready to scream because i do not know what to do

i am not stupid

ia m busy

my printer is scanning with adobe reader, i paid so the i get less bytes used when i scan

my old mac gave me significantly less bytes with just the reader. i have spend since mid october on and off trying to deal with this.

i am crying literally i am so frustrated. is there no human being to talk to? i sent another post like this and i don't even know where to go to find the answer

only scammers will call you. beware of any phone calls from anyone representing themselves as related to adobe. they are not.
