I purchased the Acrobat DC and payed for it and it won't download?

Can't get Acrobat DC to download after I purchased it! Keeps telling me I need to purchase it because my subscription expired?

did you purchase an acrobat pro dc subscription?

if so check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if it's what you expect install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your subscription.
