I somehow subscribed to 2 7 day free trials. However I didnt recieve an Email for the first. How do I know whether it is active or not?

I have the acrobat app on my pc and when I started the 7 day free trial, i wasnt signed in. But i did fill in all my banking detail an such. And after I realized my mistake, i signed in and did the whole 7 day free trial sign up again. But I got an email for the second one. 

No im worried that the first attempt is active but isnt showing. Is that a possibility?
