I try to cancel the trial. But only Ai assistant done, Adobe Acrobat Pro can’t.

After manage my plan to cancal my trial:
Alway message : Unable to load data: An error occurred. Please try again. 
Please help!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active plan/subscription. 

 

Is there any other email/ Adobe ID you may have used? Please share it with us so we can look into it.

@Jamie_Chen Adobe is having some server-side issues since yesterday 2am PST; if you check Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com it may be still under for maintenance
