I trying to activate Acrobat X Pro

Question

When I type in my serial number, Adobe says it's no good and says continues with a "Trial for 30 days". Then I try to register my software with my Adobe ID and get the following message "Could not register your product at this time. Try again later."

Every time I try to register my software I get the above message...!

you have to use a serial number that's valid AND matches your installation file. a mismatch can occur because you're using a mac serial number with a windows install file, a language mismatch and typos, Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite

and a fair number of people have an upgrade serial number and fail to install correctly.
