I turned off the AI but it keeps coming back

Everytime I open multiple PDF files I keep getting a square with advertising in it about AI.  I have to stop what I am doing and close that and start again.  I am too busy to keep dealing with this junk.

This did not fix the problem.  Everytime I open a new PDF file the AI boxes comes up and I have to close before I can finish my projects.  When you open and edit 51 PDF's a day it is frustrating to keep having to close.  Please find a fix.
