I upgraded and I can not download the PRO version

Hi Matthewd,

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have upgraded from Acrobat Standard DC to Acrobat Pro DC, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Sign out from the application using Help > Sign out option. Then remove Acrobat Standard DC using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Reboot the machine.

3- Install Acrobat Pro DC from here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

4- Once installed, sign into the application using your Adobe ID.
