I upgradede to a new iPhone. Adobe doesn't recognize my paid subscription(!) PLS HELP
Hi there,
I paid for a 1-year Acrobat Premium subscription via the app store back in January of this year. I still have a few months left of this subscription. This said, ever since I upgraded to a new iphone 16 (from my previous iphone 14) Adobe Acrobat Does Not Recognize my paid subscription and it's asking me to start a free trial for the premium version. This is not Ok. How do I solve this issue. Adobe Tech Support, please help me. I tried soliciting a refund from Apple but it wouldn't allow the refund because the purchase (which was an annual subscription) was made in January. Please help! Thanks!
