I've created a fillable form but it is unfillable (or flattened?) when received via email by recipient. Advice?

I've created a fillable form in Adobe acrobat pro (just downloaded the newest version), it is not fillable by the recipient when emailed. Any advice?

Hi Jean,

My first guess is that they are not using an Adobe based program to fill out the form. Please verify that they are using Adobe Reader. It's free and it works!

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Let us know if this is all they needed.
