Question
I've purchased, signed into my account, but no matter what I do, I can't install.
I've checked and double checked everything listed in troubleshooting related to this problem. What's worse, I've purchased and installed this product multiple times without an issue for many employers over the years. Cookies are enabled (Chrome), I've confirmed my login information, etc. Yet, the installer claims my UI and/or password is incorrect. Can someone please help?
