Question

I've purchased, signed into my account, but no matter what I do, I can't install.

I've checked and double checked everything listed in troubleshooting related to this problem. What's worse, I've purchased and installed this product multiple times without an issue for many employers over the years. Cookies are enabled (Chrome), I've confirmed my login information, etc. Yet, the installer claims my UI and/or password is incorrect. Can someone please help?

Hi Mia,

As per the issue description mentioned above,  you are facing issue when trying to install acrobat dc on the machine, is that correct?

Try downloading acrobat installer from this link and check if that works: Download Acrobat DC installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

Dear Shivam,

Thank you for reaching out. I've tried again with the link you provided, and once I get to the screen to enter my UI/Pass (allowing Adobe to make changes to my computer), Adobe comes back saying one or the other is incorrect.  However, if I'm able to logon to my Adobe account (using the same UI/Pass) without a problem, what could I be doing wrong?!

Also, I am on a networked computer. Is it possible this could be interfering?

Do you have an enterprise ID? IF yes, try clicking on "sign in with an enterprise id" and try again.
