I've tried multiple times to launch Adobe Acrobat DC - No luck

I've seen a few others post about this.   I've tried multiple times to launch Adobe Acrobat DC.   I get through the Sign-in, then click accept on the license agreement, then the window goes away and nothing.  No errors or anything.   I've installed on a new PC with all new Hardware.   Logged out on the old PC.  But even when I go to Distiller, it says license has either expire of not been activated.  I purchased this on Amazon in 2016 and Has worked fine on my Old PC.  Why does Adobe have to make this so hard--I've spent a few hours on this issue so far..  I have my Product Key from when I purchased and it shows under my Adobe Account, but I do not see where it shows under Activated Devices.  I downloaded the software direct from my account too.

This sounds suspicious. Acrobat DC does not have a product key, but is a subscription connected to your Adobe account. Are you sure what you bought was legit?

Davo, thanks for your long-term use of Acrobat. I do see a license for version 12 for Windows registered under your account.

What is the exact error message that you are receiving, Davo? If you have exceeded the amount of allowable activations for Acrobat 12, then see https://adobe.ly/4qyBfuy for details on how to manage any remaining activations. You will need to deactivate the software on a previous computer to free up the activation, and that computer must be modern enough and have enough security updates applied to contact Adobe servers.

If you are encountering another licensing error, then again, please post the exact text of the error message. If you can also provide some more information about the process you used to transfer any files or applications to your new computer. ^JW

I was able to resolve this. Unhooked internet and skipped loggin in. Once
installed, I opened the program then I logged in. It is a legit program I
bought in 2016. Seems to be working fine.

That is even more suspicious as an internet connection is usually required for the activation...
