I want a refund after payment taken

After a free trial Google took my payment and now have declined me a refund. I have 15 days cooling off period from date of purchase which is today 19 April 2021, but they have refused a refund.

How do I complain?

I have cancelled my adobe subscription within the few hours but google playstore deducted my monthly charge I need refund kindly help.
