I want to activate Adobe Acrobat 2015 on a new computer, but can't deactivate it on the old computer because of a hardware defect.

    I’m afraid you’re not going to be able to do that. Adobe hasn’t supported that version of Acrobat for 8 years and the activation servers that authenticate and activate that software have long been shut down.

     

    It’s unfortunate, but your options are either to subscribe to the latest. version of Acrobat on a monthly or annual plan, or alternately buy a three-year licensed version of the software. If you want to get your next copy of Acrobat from Adobe, you can find more information through this link. This shows US prices by default, but if you’re not located in the US you can redirect yourself to your country’s store pages from this point.
