I want to create a button to duplicate a specific page of a form

I have a fillable form I want to create a button to duplicate a single page of the report.

the report will always contain only the information on the data page however there maybe several instances where we take readings of more than one unit in those cases I would like a button to simply duplicate the data page. how do I create this for use on an ipad or in a reader type situation?
