I want to eliminate the space between the paragraphs. The file I have has too much space, so it's a waste of paper when printing. Is there an easy way to put it between the paragraphs?

    "Easy"? No. Editing the static contents of a PDF is never easy, and never desired. If you can, export the file to another format and make those changes there. If you have access to the source file used to create the PDF even better. Make the changes there.

    You can always try it in the PDF (using Acrobat's Edit Text tool), but be prepared for a difficult journey...
