I want to make sure I have an unadulterated version.
I purchased Acrobat Pro XI from an online re-seller and I want to make sure I have an unadulterated version. Where can I get the MD5 Hash for this software?

you can download from adobe. the only thing (of value) that you purchased was your serial number. if it's valid, you're lucky and good to go.
