Question

I want to use my paid subscription on a secondary email address

My yearly subscription has been paid to 2027. I added my new email address to my account (as a secondary). Now when I sign in using my new email addy, it's saying I don't have a subscription. Do I lose my already paid subscription and have to buy a new one??

I don’t believe you can have two emails on one account. You probably ended up making another unpaid account. Hopefully, someone from Adobe can confirm.

    Thanks for the response.

I did make an unpaid account, not thinking the paid subscription was for an email address I hadn’t used in over a year. I deleted the new account and added it as a secondary on my paid subscription acct. I seem to have “save as a pdf” now available which is ultimately what I wanted.  I still have to see if I have access to my Pro paid version.

@Eschia totally create a new email account—speaking from experience, adding a ‘deleted’ or ‘seldom used email’ as a secondary email can have dire consequences. Better to create a new email with less issues!
