Dear Team,

 

Iam unable to Install Adobe Acrobat DC.

 

it is showing the error and i have enabled the TLS 1.2 also even thoguth it is not working and my mail id is [P.I removed by moderator]

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding?

 

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Please test your connection to Adobe servers and try to reset the host files manually as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and check.

 

You may also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html and see if that works.
