icdファイルをPDFに変換した時、ファイル名が【.】以降の名称が反映されない

初めまして。弊社でiCADにAdobe PDFを導入した際の不具合について報告します。

iCADで部品図をPDF変換する時にAdobe PDFを導入しましたが、変換元のicdファイルをPDF変換するとicdデータの名称の【.】以降の部分が消えてしまいます。(例:製品φ0.5mm.icdをPDF変換すると、製品φ0.pdfになってしまう)

テストでWordやExcelで同様なことを行った場合はこのような不具合がありませんでした。

もし有識者がいましたら教えてください

    Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

     

    Please send us a sample iCad file. We will try to replicate the issue on our end.

    Did you try creating a PDF directly from the Acrobat application? If not, please try and check if you get the same result.

    サンプルデータを送信させていただきます。直接icdファイルは送れないのでzipで送信いたします。

     

    AcrobatアプリケーションからicdファイルをPDF変換いたしましたが、icdファイルがサポートされている型式に含まれていなかったのでできませんでした。

     

    よろしくお願いいたします。

    Hi Aoi Otani,

     

    Could you please share the steps you use to create a PDF? As we can see, the .icd format is not on the list of supported formats. Are you using any third-party tool to create PDFs?
