If you don't want the fields in areas 2 and 3 to be editable then you can give them unique names and use a simple calculation script to copy the value from the primary field. Let's say that field is called "Text1". Use this code as the custom calculation script of the duplicate fields:

event.value = this.getField("Text1").valueAsString;

You have to use form fields with exactly the same name, their content will be shared automatically.

Only their appearance can be different.
