Hello,

I need help with a form I'm creating. It's a car request form, and my issue is towards the bottom where it says Car Type.

If someone selects Ambulate, I need to display additional questions: carry down needed? If yes is selected, I need to ask, how many steps?

I need these additional questions displayed only if ambulate is selected, and then yes is selected.

Below is a screenshot of how the form looks, with the tree options on the right.
