The year is almost 2026.  I am still dealing with:

1. Memory issues with only 2 adobe docs open.

2. Slow speed organizing and sorting pdfs with more than 200 pages.

3. Crashes when using Fill in and E-sign.

4. 75% chance that Acrobat AI does not work.

5. OCR takes way too long.

Seriously wondering how this company could be worth 100-200 billion in market cap.  Is there no alternative?

Hi Tom34956495x5ox,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the application.

As you experience memory issues and crashes, we suggest trying to reinstall the application using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3M44Lcw).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4pyJ5nn.

Try the troubleshooting steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/48hW6KW

Could you please share more information on what happens when you attempt to use the AI assistant feature in Acrobat? If you get any error messages, please share a screenshot.

We will get the behaviour checked.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Good morning, if you keep records of client calls, you will find that I have called in and your agents have accessed my PC and we ran the cleaner tools and reboot operations together.  That has not worked.

On that note, my recommendation would be to use AI to take notes of your client calls.  Assuming the AI feature works as intended, you would find the above to be accurate.
