Depuis quelques semaines je n’arrive plus à modifier les images dans mes fichiers PDF. Un message s’affiche “ERREUR INCONNUE” et ensuite “ Impossible de convertir et de placer l’image sélectionnée dans le document”. Avant je n’avais aucun problème.. Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

It would be helpful if you can confirm if you were using AI assistant, Acrobat Online Services, or if the issue happened while trying to use this Adobe community support platform, for example.
From looking at the error, it seems like you were using a search function perhaps?
If so, the word IMAGE is used interchangeably in both English and French (although it is pronounced slightly different).
My guess, if you were typing the word IMAGE to search for image files content while it also needs to be translated to English, what happens if instead of just spelling the word IMAGE, do the search by spelling it like : L'IMAGE (just a guess, I am curious).
