Import Data from Excel to a Fillable PDF using Acrobat DC Pro

Question

I was attempting to import data from a mulitline excel spreadsheet to populate the fillable PDF fields.  I have seen it done before where each line populated the fillable pdf and created a new pdf document with the corresponding information.  I have been unsuccessful so far hopefully someone else can help.  Thank you in advanced.

This process is called Mail Merge. It can be done with some versions of the PDFMaker plugin for Office (the Acrobat ribbon), or by using a script, like this (paid-for) one I've developed, which has some extra features like the ability to automatically name the files based on the merged data, or to email them to the recipients: http://try67.blogspot.com/2011/09/acrobat-mail-merge-and-email.html
