Importing Photos to Adobe to prepare a report

My job requires me to prepare reports with photos in adobe pro. I just want to make sure I am doing it right. Ive attached one of my reports here for reference. I take photos of a job then import them to adobe pro to prepare a report. I have a way of doing it but again was hoping for someone that knows the best way to go about this. I then email these reports on so they need to be sized accordingly as well. Thanks for any help!

    You've secured the file so it's hard to know what you did, exactly, but it seems fine to me.

    Still seems fine, although you have an underlying image under each one, which will cause the file size to be much larger. If that's a concern you should remove those images first, then add the new ones.
