Importing Previous Form Fields Data into a Dropdown list Selection

Trying to repeat form inputted field data into another part of the form using a dropdown list selection, so the customer doesn't have to retype info.

 

On Section B and D they fill in info for either:

Settler 1

Settler 2

Trustee 1

Trustee 2

Trustee 3

Trustee 4

 

Then on Section E they would like a dropdown menu where you can select which of those you are (e.g Trustee 2) and then the details of that person would populate this section.

    What if they go back and change those details after they made the selection in the drop-down? They should probably update automatically, no? And should the user be able to manually overwrite those values, or should they always be the same as the original ones?
