Hello @Lydie0203,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this across all your devices.

The fact that this is happening on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad at the same time is an important detail. When all devices lose connection to Adobe services simultaneously, this typically points to a sign-in session or Adobe Document Cloud connectivity issue rather than a problem with any individual device.

Please try the following:

Step 1 — Check Adobe service status

Visit https://adobe.ly/4oscgJr to confirm whether Adobe Document Cloud services are currently running without any reported incidents in your region.

Step 2 — Sign out and sign back in on all devices

Sign out of your Adobe account on all three devices, then sign back in using the same Adobe ID. This refreshes the authentication token across your devices and is often all that is needed when connectivity drops across multiple devices at once.

Step 3 — Check network access for the app on iPhone and iPad

On your iPhone and iPad, go to Settings > Acrobat, then confirm that network access is enabled for both Wi-Fi and Cellular.

Please also share the following so we can investigate further if the issue continues:

The version of Acrobat you are using on each device, and a screenshot of the exact error message you are seeing.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you tried the steps shared by Tariq in the previous response? If not, please give them a try and see if that works.

Also check your device connection with Adobe servers and try to reset the host files manually as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.
